Good on you lady! Thats the way to teach this bastards a lesson, finally! All of this people are the same, just plain prejudice towards their own people. Bloody shamefull. I’ve travelled to a lot of coun tries and been through to a lot of airports and airlines and I swear philippines have the most rudest and arrogant of them all. more power to you lady, I hope you win.
My son is autistic, Though I am a frequent flyer here locally, I havent have the chance to fly along with my son, hearing about this, I know now what airline to avoid! I will never fly Cebu Pacific again!!
Grabi naman yng CEBU PACIFIC na pina pababa yung pamilya alcantara dhil my anak cyang special child napakasama nla dpat talaga kasuhan sila,at dun sa flight steward at cabin crews dpat tanggalin cla lhat at KASUHAN…pra sa pamilya GO tama poh yan ginawa ninyo, dpat ipagtanggol ntin cla mga special child kya nga SPECIAL diva nakakahiya at nakakainis ang CEBU PACIFIC laging delay pa ang flight… To all friends pls pass dis news para poh sa mga special child lets stop dis discrimination for them.

gago talaga yang mga yan. yung refund ko nung sept 2008 hanggang ngayon hindi pa nirerefund - Jan 2010 na ngayon.
special kids and people with disabilities are priority kahit saan….mahirap kasi sa crew ng cebu pacific MASYADONG NAGMARUNONG BUTI NGA SA INYO AKALA NYO LAGI KAYO SA LANGIT PATITIKIMIN NAMAN NAMIN KAYO NGAYON NG IMPYERNO…MGA BOBO…
this is very disappointing.. i have a young brother who is also special.. He has flown internationally with my parents for the past three years, and he was NEVER discriminated against.. i would never let him fly Cebu Pacific..
ignorance and lack of common sense is not an excuse. i have been a victim myself of their horrible customer service on both domestic and international flights. there was a time when i always took 5J on local flight but have stopped flying with them 3 years ago. being a budget airline is no excuse for horrible customer service, delays and arrogance. i hope this incident becomes a very expensive lesson to this rude, ignorant and plain stupid airline.

Really a sad realization.
JOHN ARVIN AND MY SON once went to the same special school together. i feel sad for marites for what she and her son went through. marami pa talagang mga taong KULANG SA EDUKASYON at WALANG PUSO para sa mga batang katulad ng mga anak namin. i’ve already accepted the fact that in more ways, my son will sometimes be DISCRIMINATED AGAINST pero mababawasan ito kung meron lang na batas na magbabawal sa gawaing ito.
tama si mrs. santos. tila ba mas marami pang privilege at karapatan ang senior citizens sa pilipinas. nagpapasalamat lang ako at dito sa canada, libre ang special schooling ng anak ko. alam ko kung gaano kamahal ang mga special schools sa pilipinas. kung may binibigay na pera ang gubyerno dito para sa lahat ng bata, MAS MALAKI ANG BINIBIGAY NILA PARA SA MGA SPECIAL CHILDREN. di sila dito nakaka-awa dahil PROTEKTADO SILA NG GUBYERNO AT BATAS.
I feel sorry for both mother and child. Cebupacific is the worst airline ever I flew with. The flight crew and agents at SM megamall and Robinson Ortigas are rude. Don’t they realized that they in Tourism business? Did they study Customer service and basic ethics?
i was shocked for those airline staff leave those SPEDs Alone
