The United States Supreme Court has ordered OrlyTaitz, to pay the piper for filing what a lower court called a frivolous lawsuit. Taitz is the California lawyer who insists that President Obama was not born in the United States, which spawned the term “Birthers” for her cause.

…The United States Supreme Court has ordered OrlyTaitz, to pay the piper for filing what a lower court called a frivolous lawsuit. Taitz is the California lawyer who insists that President Obama was not born in the United States, which spawned the term “Birthers” for her cause.
Taitz insists that despite published images of Obama’s birth records from the state of Hawaii, as well as an archived copy of a birth announcement in a local newspaper, Obama is not a citizen of this country.
Without legal citizenship, Taitz argues that he was ineligible to be elected to the presidency, thus lacking the authority to issue orders or perform acts that are official. Taitz filed a suit in Georgia on behalf of Captain Connie Rhodes, who had received orders to deploy for Iraq and refused to go based on the lack of authority on the part of the president.
Her suit was dismissed by the presiding judge, Clay Land who not only called it frivolous but also accused her of knowing the suit was a “waste of the court’s time.” He went…

Google calls the Oracle Android lawsuit over Java baseless and said it’s disappointed the company brought this to the table.
